Qualification B.E/B.Tech (Electronics & Communication Engineering or Computer Sciences)

Certification CCNA or MCSE is an advantage

Skill Set
1) Knowledge of any Infrastructure Management Software from HP OpenView, Tivoli, CA, and BMC suite of applications is an added advantage
2) Windows NT, 2000, 2003 (MCSE is an advantage)
3) Redhat Linux (Solaris, HP-UX, AIX is an advantage)
4) LAN/WAN technologies (CCNA is an advantage).
5) MS-SQL/Oracle databases
6) Web Servers like IIS/Apache.
7) Excellent communication skills

Experience 4 to 6 years


Job Responsibility:

1) Responsible for post sale technical support for software services.
- Include NOCInside services, reporting solutions (QWAN, WANInsight) and telephony solutions (reachOut, CTI applications)
2) Close support calls within committed SLAs. Consistently meet response times / resolution times promised to customers.
3) Ensure all issues are tracked centrally via automated tools
4) Deliver Quarterly optimization services including bug fixes, upgrades, etc"
