SKILL:
Test Plan development, Test Case development, Manual / Automated test execution, test progress tracking and status reporting

Professional background in Finance vertical with a good understanding of financial terms, processes, instruments and transactions.

Domain Knowledge\Experience in Bonds and Repos, back office processing (confirmation, settlement, accounting, etc)

Good knowledge on Calypso testing
Ability to analyse business functions and identify test scenarios (positive, negative, testing).
Good understanding of testing principles and practices
Ability to plan, design, and execute test cases (Manual)
Ability to identify sources and quality of Test data
Ability to communicate effectively with IT teams as well as Business Teams
Ability to work within tight deadlines
Good communication (written & verbal English) skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team



PREFERRED SKILLS
1 Handson Experience on QTP with VB Scripting and QC/Test Director
2 Functional Specification Analysis experience in Finance vertical
3 Experience in working in Onsite-Offshore environment
4 Familiarity with SQL queries and databases
