Senior Software Reliability Engineer

Skills/Knowledge:
1.Some level of programming ability
2.Ability to work independently and budget time among several tasks
3.Project scheduling and estimation skills
4.Strong communication skills.
5.Experience with CMMI (or equivalent) process models.

Work Experience:
1.5-8 years of Software Development experience, with some specialization in defect tracking/analysis tools and methods
2.Exposure to IBM ClearQuest and Microsoft Excel is desired.
3.Experience in implementing Measurement and Analysis systems for Software Quality and Reliability
4.Able to demonstrate experience of defining product Use Case models
5.Able to demonstrate knowledge of Reliability/Failure Mode modeling techniques (such as Markov modeling)
6.Exposure to Software Test (including Test case definition, automation, Test Tracking, Requirements-Test traceability, Testing for Reliability) is preferred

Physical Demands:
The job location will be in Hyderabad, India. Occasional International travel will be required.
