Eligibility:

Interested candidate must have one or more of the following skills:

Have experience of 5-18yrs.

Graduate or post graduate in Computer science, Electronics or Electrical Engineering and must have 5 to 15 yrs in router software development.

Must have good problem solving, learning abilities and analytical skills.

Must have router OS development experience for core network devices and large scale distributer embedded System development using C/VxWorks/Linux/Qnx

Hands on in architecture, design and development of one or more protocols and resolved key technical challenges and innovated key solution in either of IGP( OSPF,BGP,ISIS , multicast),MPLS,PCE,ASON,Security IPv4v6 stack.

Have working knowledge and experience on either of IGP( OSPF,BGP,ISIS, Multicast) MPLS,PCE,ASON,Security IPv4?v6 stack.

Have the experience of successfully resolving key performance bottle necks in any of the above protocols.

Have deep understanding of above technology including purpose, understanding of standard, Understanding of application from access to core network, key issue in deploying above technologies and solution.

Have knowledge on various standard bodies either by participation or by proposing new standards and patents.

Understand and have working knowledge on the challenges involved in running these protocols on various net work and device architecture.

Interface with ISP and provide solution by understanding their needs

Must be able to provide the technical roadmap in these domains to be the leader in industry and resolve the key future challenges of the ISP.

Understanding of various Competitors solution, internet trends and mobile users needs and its implication on the network.

Open for travel to various research institutes of Huawei and collaborate and develop new solution.
